Creative imagination is a unique tool that allows unlimited use of imagination for a purpose. However, when imagination is used incorrectly, our mind can become a prisoner of negative images and it is inevitable to experience negative emotions.
Our heart, which is the metaphorical center of emotions, loses its vital rhythm over time when it is tired with negative emotions. When certain negative emotions and feelings such as hatred, anger, anxiety, resentment, regret, insecurity, sadness and fear invade our hearts, it becomes difficult for us to continue in life effectively.
We observe the effects of the destruction caused by these negative emotions in our spirit, body and mental integrity, in behaviors such as heaviness, stiffness, rigidity, intolerance, inertia, indifference and impatience. Also, the longer we experience all of this, the more vulnerable we become to illness.
Many negative emotions arise strongly in conjunction with one another. In fact, they are like windows to different sides of a house. For example, sadness is another facet of helplessness and deepest anger. All our experiences are experienced through intertwined emotions. However, the source of all negative emotions is somehow rooted in fear. In fact, we will call many feelings that we will express here as emotions. For example, failure is not an emotion, but this experience has a feeling. While we are describing these feelings, we will call them feelings in terms of using a common language.

Now I want you to think about the specific emotions you want to get rid of. But avoid getting into these feelings. It will be enough to identify the negative feelings that you have not been able to get rid of lately.
