How Does the Motivational Coaching Process Work?
Unless there is a special situation, motivation coaching starts with a basic coaching program that lasts at least 8 meetings (3 weeks). After the coaching goals are determined from the first meeting, applied studies are carried out in each meeting. In the basic coaching program, it is aimed to determine the motivation profile in general, to clarify the life goals with goal design and to eliminate the factors that cause motivation problems. During this process, instructive and educational studies are carried out to develop motivational competencies.
At the end of 8 interviews, a general evaluation is made for the stage reached, and if requested and deemed necessary, the coaching process continues in the form of weekly meetings in the context of different goals. In most cases, however, this period will suffice. However, the coaching process is an open-ended process that can continue as long as needed. However, this process does not need to take longer than 6 months under normal conditions. (Spaced calls are not included in this.) However, long-term (more than 6 months) coaching programs are generally preferred in performance-oriented (eg sales motivation) or goal-oriented (eg exam preparation) coaching studies.

Motivational coaching is a result-oriented, creative and enjoyable process, based on the experience of about 15 years and the accumulation of studies with hundreds of people. Throughout the program, movies are used as a coaching and training tool. In addition, psychosomatics, energy practices and subliminal studies are used when deemed necessary to achieve coaching goals.
At the end of each interview, exercises are given to apply in daily life. The notes of the meeting are shared with the person at the end of the meeting as a word file. Apart from the sessions, we continue to be in close communication and support via e-mail and telephone.
The coaching process is based on a strong relationship of trust for both parties and is extremely private. Conversation information is kept confidential forever and is never shared with third parties. (This is partly why the coaching processes are not cited as a reference) The success of the process, in a way, depends on the “Psychological Contract” determined in the first meeting, that is. to the promise of mutual responsibility relies on. Since the main stage of the coaching process is a highly integrated program, it is absolutely required to be completed. However, if deemed necessary, the process can be terminated at the request of either party. Certification is not given in coaching service.
