Drop Your Load!
The past belongs to thoughts, the future belongs to thoughts. Past and future are parts of the mind. It exists now. It is not part of your mind. This moment does not belong to your mind. The past moment belongs to him; The moment that has not yet come belongs to him. This moment is never yours. Rather, you belong to this moment. You are here, right now, here. Your mind is somewhere else, always somewhere else.
Drop your load.

When his car got stuck in the mud, he first tried to get it out somehow, but all the efforts were in vain, so he thought, "I have to unload my car now, then I can pull it out". He looked behind him. There weren't even a dozen apples left. The load is completely gone. You can feel the pain. In his memoirs, the Sufi tells the interpretation of the farmer who was enraged. The man said: “Stuck, damn it! It's stuck!.. And there's not a single damn apple to put down!” The only possibility was to lower the load in order to tow the car; but now… there is no load to download!
