Synopsis: Chris (Emile Hirsch) is an intelligent and successful student, but with his passion for nature, he has dreams that are different from the demands of society. After successfully graduating from school, he sets out to go to "nature", Alaska, which is what he really wants, without informing his family. This journey of his is actually an inner journey towards himself. On this journey, he goes to different parts of America for two years. Meanwhile, he meets many different people and enters their world. However, the end of these beautiful friendships has to end in separation. Because his main goal is to go to Alaska and become one with the nature that he has always dreamed of. In the end, Chris achieves his goal, but will eventually realize: “Happiness has real value only when shared.”
