I Will Survive by Moving
John Wood & Paul Harrison (1994) conducted an interesting study titled “Harry Houdini – There's no escape that I can see.” In this study, a man inside a tank half-filled with water attempts to keep his head above water by constantly changing the position of his body.

The famous illusionist Harry Houdini is particularly renowned for his escape act from a locked trunk while bound. Inspired by him, this work is like a metaphor explaining how we must change ourselves to survive under impossible conditions.
Surviving isn't really that different. Sometimes we feel like we're drowning in problems and can't breathe. In those moments, instead of giving up, we need to reposition our bodies and minds and adapt to change, just like this man did.
