Become a light to yourself, hold it into your own truth.

Few people cross the river and reach the opposite shore. The vast majority run up and down the bank of the river.

Forms are not self/spirit; perception is not self, insights are not self, mental formations and feelings are not "me", neither is "me"/"soul", all of these are subject to change and not permanent.

Causality, interaction, conditions, and discriminating perception… These are the four big elements.
