The Three Best Series of 2024

In 2024, many series were released, but I liked three of them. These productions in different genres stand out with their educational, engaging, and developmental content. Each of the series is adapted from books and has been approved for a second season. .

Among them, my favorite series is Dark Matter. I watched some episodes of it twice. This great series, adapted from Blake Crouch's novel of the same name in 2016, has deep implications about people and their preferences in the science fiction genre.

Shogun is a great samurai series made in the epic genre. This historic production, based on the 1975 novel of the same name by James Clavell, broke all records by winning 18 awards at the Emmy Awards. The leadership, strategic thinking, and heroism in this series have been approached with an impressive plot. I liked it very much.

Presumed Innocent stands out with its successful and intriguing plot in the crime drama genre. This wonderful adaptation of Scott Turow's 1987 novel of the same name becomes the first television adaptation of the series since the film adaptation in 1990, starring Harrison Ford and Brian Dennehy. Beautifully enacted themes of passion and justice are carried along in this series, amazingly acted by Gyllenhaal. A must-watch!
