Bireyin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7in nedenler y\u00fckledi\u011fi atfetmeler, ki\u015finin temel \u00f6zellikleri ya da ki\u015fisel \u00f6zellikleri hakk\u0131ndaki yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilmektedir (Hellriegel vd., 2001; 84). Davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n alg\u0131lanan nedenleri baz\u0131 \u00f6nc\u00fclleri yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r: (1) alg\u0131layan\u0131n insanlar ve durumlar hakk\u0131nda sahip oldu\u011fu bilginin miktar\u0131 ve ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan bilginin nas\u0131l organize edildi\u011fi; (2) alg\u0131layan\u0131n inan\u00e7lar\u0131 (tam ki\u015filik kuramlar\u0131, benzer bir durumda ba\u015fka insanlar ne yapar vs.); ve (3) alg\u0131layan\u0131n motivasyonu (\u00f6rne\u011fin alg\u0131layan taraf\u0131ndan do\u011fru de\u011ferlendirmenin \u00f6nemli olmas\u0131). \u0130\u00e7sel fakt\u00f6rler alg\u0131lamay\u0131 \u2013\u00f6\u011frenme, ki\u015filik ve motivasyon- etkilemektedir. Ayn\u0131 i\u00e7sel fakt\u00f6rler nedensellik y\u00fckleme s\u00fcrecini de etkilemektedir. Alg\u0131layan\u0131n bilgi ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6nceki tecr\u00fcbesine dayanmakta ve alg\u0131layan\u0131n ki\u015fili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan etkilenmektedir (Hellriegel vd., 2001; 85).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilgiye, inan\u00e7lara ve g\u00fcd\u00fclere dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda alg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ki\u015fi, davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7sel ve d\u0131\u015fsal nedeni aras\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla ayr\u0131ma gitmektedir. Yani insanlar\u0131n bir \u015feyleri yap\u0131p yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ger\u00e7ek bir arzu nedeniyle ya da olaylar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle olmaktad\u0131r. Davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7sel veya d\u0131\u015fsal nedene atfedilmesi alg\u0131layan\u0131n, olaya anlam vermesine yard\u0131m ederken, alg\u0131layan i\u00e7in sonraki sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedensellik y\u00fckleme s\u00fcrecinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, 1. ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n davran\u0131\u015f\u0131na cevap vermede alg\u0131layan\u0131n sonraki davran\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u00fczerinde 2. duygular veya heyecanlar (alg\u0131layan \u015fimdi, olaylar, insanlar ve durumlar hakk\u0131nda nas\u0131l hissetmektedir?) \u00fczerinde ve, 3. alg\u0131layan\u0131n olaylar\u0131n veya davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n gelecek beklentileri \u00fczerinde etkilerde bulunmaktad\u0131r (Hellriegel vd., 2001; 85-86).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nedensellik y\u00fckleme s\u00fcrecindeki temel bir soru; alg\u0131layanlar\u0131n ba\u015fka birinin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7sel nedenlerden mi (ki\u015filik \u00f6zellikleri, duygular, g\u00fcd\u00fcler ya da yetenek) yoksa d\u0131\u015fsal nedenlerden mi (di\u011fer ki\u015filer, durum, ya da \u015fans) geldi\u011fini nas\u0131l belirledikleriyle ilgilendikleridir (Hellriegel vd., 2001; 86). Bununla birlikte insanlar, ula\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 nedenler konusunda baz\u0131 tutarl\u0131 \u00f6nyarg\u0131lara sahiptirler. Bunlardan iki \u00f6nemli \u00f6nyarg\u0131 \u201ctemel atfetme yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131\u201d ve \u201ckendini kay\u0131rma e\u011filimi\u201ddir (Beck, 2004; 334).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Temel atfetme yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131nda insanlar, kendi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015fsal nedenler y\u00fckleme ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inse i\u00e7sel nedenler y\u00fckleme e\u011filimindedirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin e\u011fer ki\u015fi tenis oynarken bir hata yapt\u0131ysa, bunu zeminin k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne (d\u0131\u015fsal), ama rakibi hata yapt\u0131ysa iyi bir tenis\u00e7i olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na (i\u00e7sel) bir at\u0131f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecektir. 334).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendini kay\u0131rma e\u011filiminde ise insanlar, kendi ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u00e7sel at\u0131flarda bulunma, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7inse d\u0131\u015fsal at\u0131flar yapma e\u011filiminde bulunmaktad\u0131rlar. \u0130\u00e7sel at\u0131flarda ego-y\u00fcceltme g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcyle bir tutum sergilenirken, ikincisinde ego-koruma g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazanmaktad\u0131r (Beck, 2004;
