Gereksinme giderildikten sonra organizman\u0131n gerginli\u011fi azal\u0131rken, organizma normal hale ge\u00e7mektedir (C\u00fccelo\u011flu, 2008; 230).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D\u00fcrt\u00fc, fizyolojik bir ihtiyac\u0131n psikolojik sonucudur. Hayvanlarla ilgili olarak i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcsel davran\u0131\u015flardan s\u00f6z edildi\u011finde itirazlar pek g\u00f6r\u00fclmezken, insanlar\u0131n baz\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n temelinde i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fclerin yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade edildi\u011finde baz\u0131 itirazlar g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir. Bowlby (1969) gibi baz\u0131 psikologlar, sald\u0131rganl\u0131k, k\u0131skan\u00e7l\u0131k, b\u00f6lgeyi koruma gibi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n insanlarda i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fcsel oldu\u011funu iddia etmi\u015flerdir. Fakat baz\u0131 psikologlar bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe itiraz eder ve insan davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn temelinde yaln\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenmenin yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunurlar (C\u00fccelo\u011flu, 2008; 233).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">G\u00fcd\u00fc: <\/span>G\u00fcd\u00fc (motive), bir davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatan ve bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n y\u00f6n ve s\u00fcreklili\u011fini belirleyen i\u00e7sel (bireye ait) bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r (Ayd\u0131n, 2003; 199). McClelland (1976) g\u00fcd\u00fcy\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle tan\u0131mlar: \u201cg\u00fcd\u00fc, bir duyguyla ya da duygu yaratan ko\u015fullarla birle\u015fen nedenlerin tecr\u00fcbe edilen sonucudur\u201d (McClelland, 1976; 75).Daha bi\u00e7imsel \u015fekliyle g\u00fcd\u00fcler, \u2018duygusal olarak \u015fekillenen ili\u015fkili a\u011flar\u2019 d\u0131r ve bu a\u011flar bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7inde \u00f6neminin veya kuvvetinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde d\u00fczenlenmektedir. G\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcc\u00fc (ki ki\u015finin g\u00fcd\u00fc hiyerar\u015fisi i\u00e7inde pozisyon al\u0131r) esasen bu k\u00fcmeye ait olan ili\u015fkilerin say\u0131s\u0131 belirlenerek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmektedir. G\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fcn ili\u015fkili a\u011flarla ifade edilmesi, ki\u015fi i\u00e7in g\u00fcd\u00fclerin nas\u0131l de\u011fi\u015fece\u011fi hakk\u0131ndaki imgelemesini daha da kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran bir unsurdur (McClelland, 1965b; 322).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00fcd\u00fc; zevk ve ac\u0131yla noktalanan belirli sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f ili\u015fkisine dayanan ve \u00f6nceden beklenilen hedefe y\u00f6nelik bir tepki taraf\u0131ndan karakterize edilen g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir duygusal ili\u015fkidir. McClelland, g\u00fcd\u00fclerin sahip oldu\u011fu bir tak\u0131m \u00f6zellikleri \u015f\u00f6yle ifade etmi\u015ftir (McClelland, 1955; 226):<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00fcm g\u00fcd\u00fcler \u00f6\u011frenilmi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hem pozitif (yakla\u015fma) hem de negatif (ka\u00e7\u0131nma) g\u00fcd\u00fcler ay\u0131rt edilmelidir, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar davran\u0131\u015f \u00fczerinde farkl\u0131 etkilere sahiptir. Bu iki g\u00fcd\u00fc t\u00fcr\u00fc aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli farkl\u0131l\u0131klar mevcuttur. Her ikisi de, duygusal ili\u015fkilerden meydana gelirken, bu ili\u015fkiler, ka\u00e7\u0131nma g\u00fcd\u00fcleri i\u00e7in ili\u015fkinin \u201cnedensel\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve yakla\u015fma g\u00fcd\u00fcleri i\u00e7in de \u201chedef\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015fekillenmektedir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Her nas\u0131lsa g\u00fcd\u00fcler sona erme durumundad\u0131r ancak, ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc gibi baz\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fcler i\u00e7in bir doyumsuzluk durumu s\u00f6z konusu olabilmektedir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong>Biyolojik ihtiya\u00e7 durumlar\u0131 (d\u00fcrt\u00fcler), g\u00fcd\u00fcleri olu\u015fturmada benzersiz bir fonksiyona sahip de\u011fildir. Bunlar sadece, t\u00fcm bireyler i\u00e7in motivasyonel ili\u015fkilere neden olan ko\u015fullardan biridir. T\u00fcm g\u00fcd\u00fclerdeki \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6r, \u00e7e\u015fitli duygusal uyar\u0131lmalar ile belirli nedenlerin ili\u015fkisidir. Fark\u0131na var\u0131lan ya da var\u0131lamayan g\u00fcd\u00fcler, do\u011fumdan sonra birbirini etkileyerek ve \u00e7evre de\u011fi\u015fkenleriyle \u00e7ekinik (recessive) ya da ba\u015fat (dominant) nitelik kazanarak insan\u0131n g\u00fcd\u00fcsel \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc (motivational pattern) olu\u015ftururlar. \u0130nsan, belli bir g\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00f6nlendirmesinden \u00e7ok g\u00fcd\u00fcsel \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00f6nlendirmesiyle gereksinimlerini doyurmaktad\u0131r (Ba\u015faran, 2000; 71). Ancak, davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n tek nedeninin g\u00fcd\u00fclenme oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemelidir. Bunun yan\u0131nda ko\u015fullu tepkiler (al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar) ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 karma durumlar (bilin\u00e7siz g\u00fcd\u00fclenme) da belli bir davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n nedeni olabilmektedir (Can, 1985; 19).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130nsan\u0131n baz\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fcleri kal\u0131tsald\u0131r. Cinsellik, g\u00fcvenlik, merak gibi g\u00fcd\u00fcler do\u011fu\u015ftan gelmektedir. Bunlara birincil, temel ya da \u00f6\u011frenilmemi\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fcler de denilmektedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n baz\u0131 g\u00fcd\u00fcleri ise, \u00e7evrenin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve toplumsal etkenleriyle olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar \u00f6\u011frenilmi\u015f g\u00fcd\u00fclerdir. \u00c7evre etkenleriyle edinilenler, bir topluma ili\u015fkin olma, toplumun onay\u0131n\u0131 kazanma, ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcne girme, sorumluluk alma, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olma, toplumda bir konum edinme gibi g\u00fcd\u00fclerdir. Bunlara ikincil g\u00fcd\u00fcler de denilmektedir (Ba\u015faran, 2000; 71).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00fcd\u00fcler, organizmay\u0131 (1) uyar\u0131p ve faaliyete ge\u00e7irirken, (2) organizman\u0131n davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 belirli bir amaca do\u011fru y\u00f6neltmektedir. Organizman\u0131n davran\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu iki \u00f6zellik g\u00f6zlendi\u011fi zaman organizman\u0131n g\u00fcd\u00fclenmi\u015f oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilmektedir (C\u00fccelo\u011flu, 2008; 230).<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Motivasyon, bireylerde belirli \u015feylere kar\u015f\u0131 duyulan gereksinmeyle ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle motivasyonun kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gereksinimler olu\u015fturur. Bu gereksinim ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bireyde onu kar\u015f\u0131lama iste\u011fi belirmekte, b\u00f6ylelikle birey itici bir g\u00fc\u00e7le uyar\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Belirli gereksinimler kar\u015f\u0131lanmak \u00fczere saptand\u0131ktan ve birey i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f etkilerle uyar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bu kez \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7im ve y\u00f6nde davran\u0131\u015flara ge\u00e7mektedir.
