According to some estimates, the total number of stars in the universe is 10\u2074\u2078, which is 1 followed by 48 zeros.<\/p>\n
The Milky Way is part of a massive supercluster called \u201cLaniakea.\u201d That supercluster, in turn, is just a tiny part of the observable universe. Yes, I say observable, because there is much more, but we don't know it yet.<\/p>\n
Now think again. In this boundless universe, you are reading these lines right now. You have worries, anxieties, dark thoughts you struggle with... But in reality, you live in a speck of dust. It revolves around an ordinary star on the edge of a galaxy.<\/p>\n
How small and transient we are in the infinity of the universe... Yet, in this tiny moment, everything belongs solely to you. So, take a deep breath. Lift your head and look up at the sky! And remember this: \u201cYou are not a random part of this universe; you are one of the rare consciousnesses capable of realizing it.\u201d<\/p>\n
This awareness does not diminish you or make you insignificant. On the contrary, it reminds you how precious time and life are. You exist within this boundless expanse.
