Name the thing that worries you first. Define exactly why you are concerned. Go to step two and try to do just a little something about it. This effort need not completely solve the problem you are worried about; You just need to take a little action on it. The third step is to set a transaction limit for it. For example, you can dedicate only 10 minutes of time to what you are going to do. Just go to work and spend only 10 minutes on it, nothing more. This will make you feel good.
