The man felt better.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong> He remembered a favor a friend had done in the past and wrote him a thank you letter.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong> His pen pal liked it so much that he gave the waiter a good tip at the restaurant where he ate.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong> Surprised by the amount of this tip, the waiter gave some of the money to the poor he saw on the way.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong> The poor man was overjoyed; because he hadn&#039;t had a bite in his mouth for two days. After he finished his meal, he set out to go to the secluded room where he was staying. He came across a shivering puppy on the road and took him home. The pup was very happy to escape the cold and find a place to lay his head.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong> There was a fire in the house at night. The puppy started to bark. He barked until he woke the whole household, and thus the whole household was saved.
