How I Forgave Myself in 10 Days?
A 10-day prescription on forgiveness accompanied by a beautiful video in Tayfun Topaloğlu's own voice.
On the first day, I wrote down the things I could not forgive about myself, one by one.
The next day I went on a short trip. And I made a promise to myself to leave all regrets behind.
On the third day, I went jogging on the beach. I realized that no one can run faster than their memories.
The next day, I woke up early and watched the sunrise. I reminded myself that every day is a new day.
On the fifth day, I counted all the blessings I had and thanked God.
By the sixth day, I realized that forgiveness set me free.
On the seventh day, I visualized every single thing I had donated.
On the eighth day, I attempted to train my mind to see the benefits of forgiveness.
On the ninth day, I crossed out the things I had forgiven. And I wholeheartedly appreciated myself for where I had come.
When I woke up on the tenth day, I felt relieved of my burdens. I gave myself another chance to move forward into the beautiful future that lies ahead of me.
