There is always so much that can be done. The problem is that I didn't see it.
To prove to yourself that there is something you can do, do this experiment: Take a blank slate. On the top of the paper, write a current problem, a situation you don't want to happen, a frustrating situation that bothers you but you don't know what to do. I will show you that your soul knows what to do.
Now write the following sentence below the problem: 'Five little things I can do about it today.' Then order your thoughts from 1 to 5 with a space between them. Don't get up from the table before writing five things. Force yourself to write something.
After writing down the five thoughts, keep the paper with you throughout the day and don't go to bed without doing all five. Remember that these are the little things you can do.
You will be surprised to see how the nature of your problem changes when you complete the five things. In most cases you will have completely solved the problem. In other cases, the problem ceases to be a problem in your mind and is replaced by a new one. project You will see it become It's an ongoing business.
