Imagination is the power of life… The systematic use of imagination for a purpose We can express it as creative imagination or imagination.

The best thing about creative visualization is that it allows your imagination to be used effectively, thereby unlocking the brain's unique potential.

These techniques, which I frequently use in my coaching and training studies, contain many benefits from feeling good to being motivated, from thinking more effectively to healing from illnesses.

This unique technique, which I will share with you in a moment, is especially designed to help you relax when you are confused, cannot think clearly or are stressed. When applied correctly, you may also find that your stress-related pains, such as headaches, are gone or reduced.

While all the instructions I have included during the application are made up of general statements, the details will depend entirely on your imagination.

Now get into a comfortable position and create a quiet environment where you can concentrate on yourself. During this work, you should actively use all your senses and try to visualize even the smallest detail in your mind. In the meantime, if you wish, you can close your eyes so that you can focus more carefully on what I am saying.

If you're ready, let's get started.

Imagine you are out for a walk in nature on a beautiful sunny day. You are walking in a very peaceful and safe environment. You discover the unique beauties of nature around you and continue on your way with pleasure.

While walking, you hear the sound of a river flowing just ahead. You are moving towards the direction the sound is coming from. A little later, a big river with its rushing waters is laid before you. This is a huge river with clear and clean waters flowing from the mountains. Approach the bank of the river and sit on your knees by the water's edge.

Feel the coolness by putting your hand in the water. Whisk the water on your face a few times and get a good refreshment. You can drink as much water as you want if you want.

Now imagine a zipper in the middle of your forehead. You slowly open this zipper that extends up to your two temples. Hear the sound it makes, just like opening a suitcase.

Next, see you lift the top of your head like a lid. And in the opening part, your brain is revealed. You realize that your brain, polluted by all those negative thoughts that create stress, remains in a mess.

Gently take your brain between your hands and carefully pull it out.

Now submerge this moist and sticky mass in the clear waters of the river.

Wash your brain with a good scrub in water. Visualize all that dirt flowing into the river and your brain being cleansed. With your every move, all the dirt disappears in the waters of the river. So much so that all these disturbing thoughts disappear into the water with the flowing dirt.

After making sure it is thoroughly cleaned, gently remove it from the water and dry it well.

How does it look clean and brand new, right?

Now, again taking it between your hands, carefully place your brain inside your head. Then, after making sure everything is in place, slowly close the zipper.

Now you have a clean and fresh brain inside your head. You may notice that your mind is relaxed and your thoughts are clear. You are now feeling better and healthier, both mentally and physically, than you were just a moment ago.

Now you can stand up vigorously in these wonderful feelings. Enjoy your walk from where you left off.
