We desperately need to feel good about ourselves. Because when we feel good, we reveal much better things. However, we often find it difficult to achieve this. Although well-being is a mix of intellectual, emotional, and physical dimensions, it is often closely related to our thinking process. As Paul Ferrini points out, we're just a thought away from feeling good again.
Answer the question: What do you need right now to feel good? The answer is often action. So once you make a certain decision and take action, you'll probably feel better. In many cases, however, there is a conscious positive thinking process behind feeling good. Here's a simple application that I have developed to achieve this, in a short time you will be able to feel better.
